While we strive for 99.8% accuracy in time tracking, users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all recorded data before payroll processing.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

EverTrust TimeKeepers' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
